Lost my temper over not one but two online discussions, which is the first time that's happened since I can remember. Only SHOUTED in one; I'm not sure if, in the other, it was apparent to anyone other than Chad that I was truly angry.

Oh. I'd figured that mine was the obvious one because frankly, I was pretty well aware I'd made you truly angry. (And no, I didn't apologize just because you were angry, I apologized because I realized I was wrong.)

That's incredibly relieving.

Oh, and I agree about Animaniacs as the heir to Looney Tunes. Absolutely brilliant cartoons on every level.

We skipped the first Slappy one, may skip Mindy & Buttons (not sure), and almost certainly will skip the hippos. Yay, DVDs.

But otherwise, great stuff. We have the first volume of _Pinky and the Brain_ too (on my list: a "are you pondering what I'm pondering?" icon).

Oh, the first Slappy one's actually pretty good, if only for the great xylophone gag. (You know the setup, and they change the punchline.) Mindy and Buttons bothers me, I'm generally unimpressed by the Goodfeathers, and I barely even remember the hippos.

But I'll likely watch them all in the first run. Since it's been a decade since I've seen them...

And yes, I picked up Pinky And The Brain too.

Ooh, I may (if you're amenable, and with credit given) ask to swipe the "pondering" icon, depending on what it looks like.

Goodfeathers has that great _West Side Story_ spoof, yes? but the first of them was a bit long for my tastes.

I may make a couple "pondering" icons, so watch this space.

(Hmm. I need to fiddle with the colors of this icon. Not deep enough.)

Yeah, that's the one, and I agree...the "get the bagel" shtick became a bit too much. Really, though, I was never overly fond of that whole interplay between the three of them. It takes the "I amuse you?" bit to extremes.
