Help! I'm being held captive by PowerPoint...
• My company's annual meeting starts Very Soon and goes for nearly a week. While the meeting is not all business, and my company (all related, except for me) are wonderful about making sure My Leading Man comes along with me to keep me from imploding, it's still a long time to be, if not officially at work, at least on call.
• I have been working "overtime" for the past two weeks preparing for this meeting. As I'm only part-time, my extra hours are stored for paid time off to be taken at a later date.
• I appreciate my company EVER so much for the perqs (see points above) they allow me!
• I've been gearing up for possibly taking over a rather intimidating assignment at church (eep!), so I have been doing lots of reading, note-taking, research and journal-writing.
• I've been trying to keep up with my flist, new fics, exchange fics, various fangroup news and tidbits, but *flails* between work, family, church, and the prodigious output on my flist...*is overwhelmed*
