Different from the past few entries, anyway...

I've been on a cooking binge.

Color me happy!

Home-made baked macaroni and cheese.

Boeuf Bourguignon.

Ginger-garlic grilled chicken.

And tonight? Breakfast for supper: pancakes (plain or with chocolate chips, almonds or coconut), bacon, biscuits, sausage and sausage gravy.

Before you call the cholesterol cops on me, we're also eating lots of salad and fresh fruits. Promise!
