Thankful Thursday 1262018
1. I am thankful for my family warts and all. Diane and Rogier came last week to pick up the stuff. Had a nice visit with them. My Thanksgiving visit with Jim was interesting. I did ge to visit with my nephew James Jr.
2. I am thankful for my kitties. They have been great. They didn’t get the Pink eye that I got last week.
3. I am thankful for my job. We are getting ready for next holiday. We have our holiday party next week. They were concerned for me when I had said pink eye.
4. I am thankful for the Medical profession that keeps me on the road to good health. I discovered that my A1C is a little high and of course my PT is bound and determined to not let me get on meds for it so we will be working hard to get that lowered.. Still have to share the info about Osteopenia. My pink eye was taken care of early.
5. I am thankful for my neighbors. They are all well.
6. I am thankful for my home. Livia comes and cleans the house next week. I always love it when she does.
7. I am thankful for my friends. Las Vegas friends are good. Last night went to the Coffee Hour Meetup had a great time. More people came and new members also came. The other meetups haven’t happened because of timing and holidays.
8. I am thankful for the organizations I belong to. Ladies guild next week. The Annual Auction is next week. To be honest not sure I am going as I haven’t really been attending activities this last couple of months.
9 I am thankful for the weather. Had some really mild weather and not so mild (its been cold the last couple of days. Only one early snow in Mid November but I thought I heard expecting some soon.
10. I am thankful for the men and women who choose to protect and serve their country and their citizens even at the worst possible times. Enough said.
