its almost christmas
so yesterday was nicoles birthday, and was a tonntonton of fun. after me and chris got back from thanksgiving at his aunts house we went to joes to have a couple drinks with them before they went to the bar and we met jeff and sarah over there. ( nice bangs ) so nicole comes up to me and says something about goin to the bar, and i told her i wasnt really planning on going to the bar, just having a couple drinks, and she started sayin somethin about how i havvvvvvvvve to go cuz it was her birrrrrrrthdayyyyyyy, and i was hey you didnt even call me on my birthday! and that went on for a couple minutes and then we took a shot.
soooo this morning i wake up, get out of the shower and i see her and joe pull in the driveway and im wondering why theyre over so early. i go outside and nicole gets out of the car with like 20 balloons and her arms full of coffee creamers, and im thinking ok so she came over to have coffee but whats with the balloons? and she came up to me and said happy birthday, gave me the balloons, all of my favorite coffee creamers, and a birthday card, and said she didnt mean to not call me on my birthday. of course i got all teary eyed and shit. i think thats the nicest thing anyones done for me in a long freakin time. what a gal. fuckin love her.
anyways, they ended up not going to the bar so we just partied at joes the whole night, and it was a sweet night. everyone got extremely wasted and laughed a lot, which is what a birthday party should be. at 4 in the morning justin came to pick me up because i was hammered and everyone was still in major party mode. well, maybe minus wobbling nicole.
me and chris went golfing today, it was my first time and i wasnt too horrible at it. we got through 9 holes before i got pissed and said lets go home, but ill get better. we went to my moms for dinner and me and her made dean an apple pie, that we left in the oven a bit too long and it smoked up the whole house. it was still good though.
friday me and jacqui did our traditional day-after-thanksgiving-shopping-spree of course. it seems like the older we get the better we get at it. this year we got up at like 3 in the morning, and were in line waiting for stores to open by 4:15. and we got our free snow globe that we get everyone year. were learning which stores to go to and which ones to avoid, so it wasnt bad at allll this year and it was alottaaa fun. love her. by 8:30 in the morning we were at a bar eating a cheeseburger, having a beer and playing keno. we had to take her whole car apart to fit in one of the presents i bought. we both got a ton of shopping done and spent a lot of money. that is one day i look forward to every year.
the other weekend chris went away with the boys to the casino and left me and nicole home by ourselves. it was a really chill weekend but we kept ourselves pretty busy and had a good time. michelle came over one night and had some beers with us and let us play on her nintendo ds, that both of us are putting on our christmas lists now. nick stayed with us for a few nights before they left which i loveeeeeeeed. hes so much fun, i get so excited when he stays with us.
we put our christmas lights up yesterday on the outside of our house, we still have a little more to do but they look goooooooooooood. within the next few days im going to start decorating inside and make my little gingerbread house that i bought!!
on another note, im missin the shit out of my bell. were going to have many coffee days, phone chats, beer bonging, spearing, tippy cup, shopping, and lazy days curled up on my couch eating chinese to make up for all these lost ones.
i think sarah is coming over on wednesday with jordan. i miss that little guy and im excited to see how big hes getting.
