Flag Bean
Beany has been chosen by his Cub pack to be the flag carrier for the big St Georges parade through the city centre this weekend. All the Derbyshire Scout/Beaver/Cub packs will be there, so its a bit of an honour for him to have been chosen.
He just got dropped off at home by Arkala and Otter with the flag...its freaking massive with a leather doodad that has to be adjusted for the Bean to carry it properly and apparently also needs to be polished so it gleams in the sun.
Looking at the weather forecast, they me a bit hopeful there but still, its pretty damn cool.
Beany is bouncing off the walls now.
