In Which Leogal Shows Up
Leogal and I were on the phone at about midnight last night (and have spent most of today in each other's back pocket - god, it's FUN to have a friend three minutes away...even though we both MISS OUR JENJENBUN!)
"Leogal?"
"Yes?"
"I'm worried about future hurricanes. I mean, I was walking around today figuring out what to give away from my backyard."
"....just in case we get a hurricane?"
"Yeah."
"Katchoo, we're not getting a hurricane. It's May."
"But we are approaching the season."
"Woman, you crack me up. After what you have been through in the past two years, you're concerned about hurricanes? You've climbed to the top of Mount Everest and you're worried about a tiny hill."
"You're right. I can conquer a Florida hurricane."
"Exactly."
Or something like that. ;-)
