let's call it a bunt
eHarmony try #2 went better. It wasn't a knock out of the park, but I would go on a second date.
The guy is smart. Dry humor. Not bad looking (I like 'em a little taller, but not bad). Worldly. Logical. My only complaint this far is that he come across as almost apathetic. Which he isn't. He has opinions and convictions which he's clearly thought out. But he's almost *too* laidback. Even when he's talking about topics that tend to get someone a little worked up (politics, religion, etc.), he was very nonchalant. It makes for an unimpressive first impression, but if you listen to what he's saying more than how he's saying it, he makes a much better impression. I'm almost glad I first got to know him through written communication before we met. I could read a lot more liveliness into his writing than I got out of his speech. Haha.
So we'll see how this all plays out. I think there'll probably be a second date.
