*shakes fist at Delta*
So yay!! Matt's coming to Florida for New Years! As of now he'll be in Florida for a few days before and a few days after New Year's Day, so I'll be organizing some kind of Spring Hill meet and greet. We can show him all the highlights of the town, like.... uh..... the movie theatre? But seriously, I'm super psyched, and already planning a lot of activities for us (kayaking the Weeki Wachee!). We're also going to be in Orlando for a day and a half (likely the 2nd and 3rd) so we can go to Disney and I can show him UCF. He might not know what hit him, but he'll enjoy it. Or else. (Hi Matt!)
But Delta's being a general pain in the butt. A flurry of phone calls and aborted internet purchasing attempts over the past four days, and now it turns out the plan we had for flying back west isn't going to work. And of course I find this out *after* booking his ticket. Sigh. So that drama's still unfolding, but no matter what crap Delta may throw at me, I'm still happy!
In other news, I'm frantically knitting Christmas gifts, and I'm way behind on wrapping them, and I have a ton of things I need to do before I fly home and very little time to do them all in. Thankfully, today is my second-to-last day of work (hooray!!!) so I'll have a few days to get my life in order.
