Aerith leaves some potted Jasmines which are pure white (except the necter and stem/leaves, which are vibrant colors), healthy looking, and have a mildly strong smell so that the aroma filters throughout the room Sephiroth desires.
And instead of cookies (gasp!) she leaves him some assorted candy canes!
