[ETA: Balthier commented that Seph makes a good Mokona. Seph replied that Mokona, like its mochi and marshmallow cousins, can happily get the Sephiroth experience whenever it likes -- namely, getting roasted and skewered at once, since he's so very fond of doing both... XDDD]
