Dinner?
There have been quite a few recent additions to the Cavite household, and we've all been so busy I'm not certain we've actually all met each other. Since Yachiru is going to be joining us as well, I thought we ought to make some introductions, and perhaps get to know each other over dinner.

Really? It sounds as though it ought to look a bit like a grenade, between a pineapple's shape and the word's sound, and presumably contain something either explosive or much more vividly flavored so that one's mouth feels as though one's tongue is being assaulted... oh. This is more of that peculiar cook-speak, isn't it? The dialect where 'batter' doesn't have anything to do with 'hit repeatedly'? Cookbooks really ought to come with translation guides...
Whenever you're feeling better, I'd be delighted to take you up on that offer. I'm going to need to cook rather more often since Cloud is gone on business so often and there are so many children in the house now.
By the way, have you met Daisuke? He's also very fond of cooking and remarkably patient with my overfondness of fire; perhaps the two of you might like to share recipes some time.

Yeah...it's pineapple yeah...but it's chopped and chilled and...stuff. Heh you need a cook my friend...you need a cook. I'd be happy to fill the position part time if lotsa kids are involved! Naaaa~ Selphie calls me silly and an overgrown kid all the time so I guess I could relate.
I'll have to meet 'im...can't deny I don't like to eat...like most growing young men I love to eat heh! So new recipes are awesome!

If you'd be willing to cook for us even though I remind you of (shudder) SELPHIE, I'd be most grateful. Actually, I believe the bar itself may benefit from the presence of a cook -- we have bartenders, but no one who really cooks beyond opening packages of chips or peanuts for the patrons, now that Cloud's so busy. Shall we call a sample dinner your job interview? :3

Hm...well I could use some kinda job since Selphie adopted me and I don't want to burden her too long. I've already put her on the hook XD So if you need a cook at the bar, sure I'd be glad t' do it. I can cook voluntarily the rest of the time (got nothin' else to do and I tend to get restless if I go too long without being acive).
