[At this point Seph's having a bit of an existential crisis over whether or not there was really a murder if no one is still dead afterwards. ^^;;; He was more cranky with Muraki, because Muraki fed someone to Heat still alive and kicking, but since then there have been all kinds of resurrections and even Heat's victim has recently come back, and if he got into prosecuting Jackie then he'd have to prosecute Vaan for frying Balthier over Rikku's chest, and in the meantime there are people like Michael and Agito threatening major damage to the entire city infrastructure. So at the moment he's picking his battles!
If Jackie does it often enough to set off the 'serial killer' radar the way Muraki did, or if he went in targeting specific people and torturing them for the sake of pain rather than death, then Seph would be more likely to go after him.
But one in-combat death followed by an immediate resurrection could possibly be considered no worse than a bar fight in a world where the dead don't stay dead, and he's currently not sure what the rules are or ought to be.
He's checking with Gabranth about the legality of what constitutes a crime in those circumstances at the moment...]

If Jackie does keep pissing people off, he'll probably end up killing more people- but he is being more restrained. He was also considering killing the people that were threatening to blow up Ville DeLumiere. Be he's wary of doing any more killing.))
{Poor Jackie. Sorry about that - Sydney likes being enigmatic a lot too much for anybody's peace of mind! He's even more misdirect-y in his original game, but I needed to file some of that off in order to have him interact with other people in a place where he's not by definition the puller of all the strings...
Oh man. Jackie against the Angel Michael. That's one that a whole lot of sports networks would pay millions to videocast. IF they could keep enough long-range cameras with ten-mile zoom lenses intact and enough satellites in orbit to broadcast it, which wouldn't be a given! ^^;;;}
((It's horrifically tempting to fight him- but with him being an angel and everything, Jackie would persistently want to keep range between them. That way, Jackie can just blast bullets everywhere. But yeah, Jackie would jump in if they tried to blow up Ville DeLumiere. Not that he likes the place, just that he's living in it at the time.))
