My last project for the semester is done on wednesday !
Heroes is new tonight. (does dance)
I'm going to see "Knocked up" with two of my favorite people on Wednesday For FREE
I will finally be able to work more than 20 hours a week for a while (yay money)
The church for the wedding is reserved
Veronica Mars is new on Tuesday! ( does dorky tv dance)
My braces come off may 3rd
Corey's birthday
Summer school (yuck)
Needless to say, I'm quite happy and content right now.
I originally intended to write something about the Virginia tech guy that was insightful. I don't really have an insightful comment though. I feel kind of disconnected from the whole thing. I know it was a tradegy. Sometimes, for me, it's hard to stop living my own life to reflect on things like that. I wish that I could form some thoughts or tears. That guy was really messed up. Something in his life was wrong. I know that people saw him unraveling. As a teacher, I fear incidents like that. Here at UK, I feel safe, or as safe as possible. But, it could happen anywhere. I hope that whatever happened to that guy in his life is found and maybe we can save others who may feel or act the same. Maybe this incident will spark change in the mental health community and services. I am hopeful that change is possible.
