I assume you want this for RPG stuff?

Wikis can do most of what you want to do there, and are free. I have one for both Kara's game and for Supers that are both woefully not filled out.

Or you could make something like that yourself fairly easily. If I did it, I'd make it web based, but it would look ugly because I am not good at making web pages pretty unless someone hands me the stuff to make it pretty.

Part of the draw was the easy display and rearrangement capabilities. Also I figured if i put all my notes in one place it would be easier to organize but Id want to put stuff only I could see etc.

Ive never GMed before so I think i might be trying to over organize because I still kinda feel like I dont know what Im doing. Plots arent too hard its the actual game play part and things like the system I want to use not being one that everybody is already familer with.

And yeah your site does remain WOEFULLY unfullfilled. I like notes for those games cause I keep feeling like im forgetting something. :D
