My love-hate relationship with Apple.

iTunes' funny little Genius feature is an amusing little gadget. I'm having fun testing it, especially with my more obscure music, because I suspect it has more trouble matching it against its database.

I've been holding out on replacing my iPod which I recently destroyed, because I wanted to wait for the new ones to roll out. Now that they have, I'm having trouble deciding on which one I want. Typical. Between the now-clearanced 80 gb classic, 8 gb iPod touch, and 16 gb nano, I'm leaning toward the latter. I'm digging the slim design of the nano and as tempting as wi-fi is on the touch, I don't think I would really use it enough to justify it, and I can't even imagine squeezing into so little storage space.

Also, I drop things too much to get another hard-drive based device. I need some sweet, sweet flash memory.

What's sick is that, really, Apple knew all along that it would only come down to which iPod I would purchase. Steve Jobs will have my money, yet again.
