I logged onto Cingular.com this afternoon to check how many text messages I had used thus far this pay period, only to have them try to tell me I hadn't used any. :P Obviously, I knew this to be a lie. I was wondering what was going on until I discovered this clever little disclaimer:
Summary reflects an estimate of the data used as of 01/01/1960. The summary may not include usage within the last 48 hours.
...or the last 46 years, for that matter, but hey--who's counting? :D Hey, thanks guys. That's very helpful. And I love how they followed that up with a subheading entitled "More Important Information", almost as if the last information was important... ;)
