Work is good. I have to create a poster for our company for this college career fair. I don't know what I am going to design. I don't want it to be cheesy-looking. I haven't really found a "good" career poster online yet to be inspired by...so, I am kind of stuck.
I really like my kickboxing and yoga classes. The yoga class makes me the sorest. The kickboxing class meets twice a week and we have two different instructors. The instructor on Monday is the toughest. She makes us do harder moves and more repetitions. She will yell at you if you are slowing down. The instructor on Wednesday is really ditzy and energetic. She would make a good kickboxing host for a DVD. Her routines are much easier though. I found out on the third class of kickboxing that a girl from my work is signed up for the classes as well. So, it's cool that I know someone there.
I am going to be seen by a sleep specialist next month. I have been suffering from insomnia for the past year. It's pretty ridiculous. It takes me 3 hours to fall asleep. I wake up the slightest noise. And for some reason I keep randomly waking up at 4 or 5 a.m. and then I can't get back to sleep. By the time it's time for me to really get up to get ready, I am really tired. Last night I woke up at 3 a.m. because my computer restarted and the computer fan woke me up. I watched a several episodes of the medical shows on the Discovery Channel until it was time for me to get ready. I am tired during the day, but I can't take a nap. I just can't fall asleep during the day. So, if I have time on the weekend, I might lay down for a while and it is somewhat restful. Anyway, I am hoping to get to the bottom of it.
