Although if Bruce was adopted by Slade and Adeline, it would probably have been pretty early on in their marriage and so he would've had more to do with Adeline, certainly at first, than Slade, because Slade would have been either in Vietnam or in the hospital recovering from the experiment and -- no, self, don't start plotting it out, DON'T.
