HB to me
Well, I don't have to work today, and I got to sleep in, so it was already a good day. But the last two weekends were so fantastic, I only wish I could have seen Apo again to make it really the best B-day ever!
But I can't complain - I'm soooooooo glad I finally got to see them live, and meeting them was even better than I could have imagined. I worried so about not being able to talk to them, but it was more than easy. They just wait patiently for everyone, and then look right in your eyes when you are right in front of them. I really don't think I've met anyone nicer! Paavo is an absolute delight, Mikko is so much fun, Perttu, once he feels comfortable with you, actually likes to talk, and Eicca is a dream come true - warm, affectionate, and that laugh!
I'm finally getting things done. I wrote my "report" about Seattle in my previous post, and I'm glad I did - I tend to procrastinate and not write things down, and then I forget the details. I just need to upload the pictures and post a link, and I'll be done. I'm going to look for a shadow-box type frame today, and I'll frame the sheet music and cd covers that they signed.
This is so odd for me. I've never even asked a single person for their autograph before in my life, or a picture. It's funny that it seems like everyone who sees them absolutely falls completely in love with not just the music but the group themselves. Now I'm one more!
It's beautiful today. I think I'll spend some time outside, and then do some cleaning.
