ATTN LJ FRIENDS: I am a Nerd
Idk if you knew this, but i am a total nerd. I was so excited to go to my classes today. My syllabi look f*ing crazy. I have a 15 page research paper due in 2 weeks along with a 10 min class presentation of that paper. How sick is that? The professor for that class didn't even show up. Just had some guy show us a 16 min video and give up the syllabus. My first class was amazing. I love Dr. Jackson. She is so awesome and excitable. There are a lot of readings to do but she seems like fun and I think I'll have a great time.
I am so excited to be a Grad student and work hard. I'm excited to crack open my books and get to reading. Tomorrow is "Monty's" class and i'm excited to see the look of disappointment on his face when i show up. That man is NEVER happy to have repeat students.
Oooh!!! And on Wednesday I go sign paperwork for my new job as a bank teller!!! I will make $11 an hour to start with and in Novemeber I qualify for health care, even vision and dental. I'll get paid vacation time and sick time. I'm so excited to have money to pay things off and start to save up for more important things.
I really miss my friends a lot. I'm **hoping** to see you all this week.
Oh yea, by the way, My 23rd birthday is Friday. Why do people keep arguing with me about whether or not we are doing stuff? My birthday is always the worst day of the year. We aren't doing anything.
