My best friend is an awesome reminder of why I should get up in the morning. She just started dating a new guy, and she has no idea what to do. She's flipping out. It's pretty adorable.
She also invented the term "loving and clubbing" for seals. I do this weekly. She should win awards for her inherent wit.
I'm going into tech week this week, and I'm pretty excited about it. Tech week is sort of the week where the Stage Manager gets to have a little more control. Not that I'm a control freak or anything, it's just that I've got shit that needs to get done, and this week is the week I'm doing it.
The cast is pretty kick-ass, though. I think my cast is hotter than the Richard the Third cast. Hands down. We're al twenty-somethings, and they're all either 15-year-old girls or 45-year-old men. No happy medium.
I went for custom colouring at the fake tooth doctor yesterday. My new tooth is going to be the Ferrari of new teeth. It will out-shine and out-chew the competition.
My mom is still in denial about me not wanting to eat wheat. That being said, the cinnamon bun she bought for me WAS pretty delicious... Am I my own enabler?
I wish I was at the Toronto Fringe...
On a good note, I found a way to be back in Victoria by 6pm on September 4th - plenty of time to do a Fringe shift and then head off to awards night!
Going to Winnipeg soon... Is it OK that I'm scared by this?
