Moving is more complicated than it looks

I've been going crazy these past few days, not to mention that I got a cold (yeah, of all the times to get sick) and felt like crap each day. I called the electric company and that went smoothly. I then tried to tackle car insurance. Let me tell you, trying to get car insurance in NY, when you have a NJ license and a Mass. cell phone is very difficult. And then the stupid people at Geico asking me for utility bills as proof of residence. Hello, I'm moving in! I have no utility bills! And even when I told them that, they still requested it. Gr...I have to put up with them since their quote is half as much as the other places.
My apartment complex is suppose to go WiFi, but that got pushed back to July. So I was thinking to get a phone line and just use dialup since MSN was having a 3 month free deal. Since I don't have that much credit, I had to fax Verizon so much stuff to prove that I'm me. Then I find out it costs $55 to actually install the phone line and then there's the $30 flat fee of just unlimited local calls. After all that trouble of setting it up, I was like screw this, I might as well go for a cable modem. And I did, and let me tell you, install is only $10 for them. And Mr. Install dude will be by Monday, so I'll hopefully be with a fast internet connection once more.
I'm still packing more stuff. Mainly last minute things that I can think of, and other stuff to put in the pile of "I need, but not immediately". I think Parents are just going to give me everything that belongs to me or my sister to have me store it at my place to get it out of the way.
Oh yeah, I attempted to iron my clothes today. My Mom started to immediately laugh when she saw my shirts. She then had to "re-teach" me how to iron. It first started off as, she show me then I attempt and do it wrong, in which she grabs it from me and does it herself. I think I finally got the hang of it in the end. And listening to Gackt while doing so also improved spirits when my Mom left me to do it on my own.
Gah, have to wake up early tomorrow so I'll be tired enough to go to sleep early. That way I can wake up at 3am on Saturday.
