Long road trip
Yesterday I drove back up to Olin from North Carolina. The traffic around DC was horrendous (we moved 45 miles in two hours) but the drive wasn't bad otherwise. I did most of the driving but my mom drove from DC to mid New Jersey. Mom went back home this afternoon and I slept for the rest of the day, but at least I have a vehicle now. yay! I'll enjoy not having to bum rides anymore, even if people bum rides off of me now. I don't really mind giving rides to people though--it's a good way to make new friends.
I slept through dinner so when I woke up I got some Chinese food. I watched Banlieue 13, which was every bit as awesome as I expected it to be. I'm usually not much for action movies because they're one explosion after another, but this movie was like... kung fu! In French! With techno! Highly recommended.
Later this evening I went to Roland's room to shoot the breeze/surf the interwebs/do whatever I do when I'm hanging out with Roland. I was looking at the StAR center website for course registration stuff when I saw the following sentence:
"All dates are Olin specific unless prefaced by a BBW school. For specific BBW calenders, please visit the host school’s website."
bahahahahahahahahaha
