Thankful for Dogs
Well, it is 4AM and I am planted in my car with some dogs. Car smells like a farm because the three of them got carsick on the way back, and now they have the runs so we are in-out-in-out. I will say this though, I am thankful that I have the money to get my car detailed, and that it's actually an excuse for a nice treat that I would otherwise feel bad indulging in. Also it forced me to clean out all the "stuff" that's been hanging out in the back seat of my car, like donations I have planned to take to purple heart, dirty clothes to get dry cleaned, and doggy supplies to go to fosters.
Also I am thankful that my biggest trouble is a dirty car or some wasted time; these poor creatures had a way more stressful day than me with pounds, transports, vets, getting bailed out of death row. I am thankful that I am sad about having to clean my car instead of sad about being gassed to death.
I get to see Ross tomorrow and can't wait!! I've had a great weekend, but I've also really been looking forward to this. I saw a house today that I really loved. It may be a bit over my price range once you factor in all the "extras" that made it so stunning (it's new construction). If nothing else, I had a REALLY fun day touring the model, and I am going to have a really fun day touring it again next weekend and cranking the numbers with my Mom.
