answer to apathy

I just figured out something

One of the constants says that energy can neither be created or destroyed in the universe. Therefore, there is a finite amount of exploitable energy on the universe. Because the vast amount of that energy is currently untappable, the inhabitants of earth are left only to abuse the terrestrial energy.

The other assumption comes from this observation: There are more humans living on this planet at one time than ever before. We are innovating at an amazing rate, and use our innovations to plop in our stuffed living room mounds and thumbwrestle a plastic-buttoned gizmo endlessly attempting to secure 'cake' or the 'princess.'

Combining these theses, I therefore conclude that, because there is a limited supply of energy on this planet and more people consuming it than ever before, apathy is the result. soon, we will all prove Wall-e right, and we won't even have to leave earth to do it.
