So. Weight "issues"
December 2nd = 261 pounds
January 3rd = 252 pounds
February 2nd = 238.5 pounds.
I've set reminders on my phone so I remember to eat. I'm usually taking in between 1500 and 1800 calories per day. Some days I fall a little short, but I never go below 1200 calories a day. Most days it is a struggle to get that high.
I'm thinking about getting a Planet Fitness membership very soon. That may have to wait until next paycheck.
I hit my first weight loss goal of 240. I am working toward my second weight loss goal of 230. When I make it, I will weigh about the same as I did when I got married.
