This is bullshit.
So I've finally been allowed access to my online course page (after it being non-functional most of the day). I'm trying to figure out how the online class system works, because even though I was charged a $75 "Instructional Program Fee", I have been given no instruction.
I'm also being raped for out-of-state tuition because I haven't lived in Colorado a full year.
And I had to wait three weeks to sign up for classes because no-one would return my calls with my student ID number.
And I've had to take a primer from VSAC about financial aid, because the people in the FA office didn't know how to manage a paper-based promissory note exchange, even though they were ones to set their relations with VSAC as paper-based.
And I just discovered that the required BioPaq kit for my Bio class ($189) doesn't come with a microscope, so I'd need to purchase one of those as well ($112 if I buy the BioPaq).
But that's not the bullshit: so I'm not getting any money back from maxing my FAFSA award with loans, so they're charging me out several orifices I didn't know I had, and so I'm currently the major bread-winner in a household that's about to increase by half. What's bullshit is the fucking sole company from whom I must purchase said BioPaq and microscope won't take Discover card.
