Tastes GRRRRREAT
Nothing taste better than home fried zucchini, mushrooms, and chicken. We've made this before so it wasn't a new recipe. Frying the food up in my new (small) deep fryer was new. The moment I started frying, I knew that these things would not be pretty. I kind of got the hang of it at the end but the little frying chunks (which I failed to remove from all of the previous frying adventures) collected on the batter before it could harden.
The phallic looking thing shown below (in great detail) was a sad attempt at refrying a leftover egg roll from last week.
