On Vox: Updates
I have this stupid sinus shit going on, UGH!
My face, throat and ears are constantly hurting and it's a pain in the ass.
And to top it off I have this one tooth that's hurting me...
Anyway, on to the updates:
-This weekend was the bomb! On Friday Diana and I kept my mom up playing Singstar, well really just singing New Kids on The Block's "Step by Step" over and over and over again. My mom came outside and she was like "That is IT! Enough!" it was pretty funny. Saturday Night I got my hair cut in cute bouncy layers on the front and dyed a VERY dark purply red that sorta looks black unless I'm in the light. Then Nevs and I decided to have an impropmtu Singstar party. The people who came were: Chris and Denise, Mimi and Jean, Diana, Ulysses, then Daymi and her bf and Chantelle with her bf. We had a fucking BLAST! Mimi got super drunk and started complaining loudly about her hair and it was so funny! We ended up at Denny's and overall it was a great night. Sunday was spent doing nothing since I'd done all my cleaning on Tuesday and it was great to lounge around without having to be all up on my bathroom or vacuuming or whatever. I think I'm gonna start doing my cleaning and laundry during the week so I get to be a lazy bum on Sunday.
-The diet is going good! I had a minor setback on Monday night but I've been hardcore since then, and I can already see the difference. It's nuts! The minute I cut out carbs completely my stomach looks so much flatter. I'm just having an energy crisis as it's usual in the beginning and I'm sure being sick doesn't help one bit... It hasn't been too hard yet, I haven't had any major cravings or anything but we're not out of the woods yet.
-I have one last payment on my PT at the gym and then I have all these sessions left over that are paid for and a lot of room to breathe as far as my finances go. That feels very good. I like being on top of my shit and feeling independent.
That's it as far as updates for now, Nevin and I are good as always and I'm looking forward to spending more time with him this weekend since I've barely seen him the first half of the week (he's been working like crazy) ...
