This hurts me in my heart...so please help!
My nephew Zach was diagnosed with juvenile diabetes in January of this year.
He had gotten really sick and we were so worried.
When they diagnosed him with Juvenile Diabetes we were shocked.
He learned how to give himself insulin injections, and monitors his diet like a trooper. It's so weird (and sad) seeing this young boy carrying around this pouch of his insulin supplies.
