you can't unless you know them. several of them are role-playing journals and my friends often respond to me in-character (seeing "Helen Magnus replied to your entry" always makes my day, lol)

w_zimmerman is actually mine, since Will butts into my conversations with others a lot and sometimes has his own discussions with other characters he knows
