Headline fail
So I am reading the paper and come across the following headline:
Children who abuse animals may require counselling
Okay, so after the "well, duh!" moment, I actually read the article. Turns out Ohio is considering passing a law requiring children caught abusing animals to undergo therapy. Now I know all about space constraints for headlines but there has to be a better way to word that
Kids who abuse animals may be forced into therapy
comes to mind off the top of my head and, with time, I'm sure I could do better.
And, yes, this is me being my father's daughter, I am aware...
