Random whine and a community pimp
omg it's so hot! And I have a cold so I can't breathe properly to start with. And I'm stuck at uni with nothing to do as both of my meetings were cancelled... Well, not so much cancelled as 'oops, the equipment broke, we'll have to reschedule' and 'meeting? what meeting? I can't talk to you now, I'm on my way to the airport and will be out of the country for two weeks'
So, now I'm stuck here until late in the evening and it's so hot and I can't work and did I mention I have a cold and whinge, whinge, whinge...

But hey, I came across the
myaverageday community/project which seems really cool and I would totally participate if I had a digital camera... Check the website (link from the comm) for details of the project, but basically it's about average people documenting their average days by taking a picture each hour and then posting them on the comm or the website. Perhaps I'm just channeling my inner voyeur but I'm completely hooked. It's the little details that get you and I find the pictures both funny and boring, ordinary and interesting and at times oddly touching.
