Something I've meant to post about...
Tuesday at work they tried to stick me in the row for the people with bad call times again. On Monday night my supervisor told me how good my times were, and how they were continuing to improve, so I stood up for myself. I was arguing it with the guy who wanted me to move when my supervisor showed up for his shift (he started an hour after I did). The guy gave him the list, and my supervisor said that two others and I were doing well and didn't need to be moved.
So my supervisor half-jokingly told me that I owed him good times to not make a liar of him. I ended up with my best times yet, as a result. And I did quite well yesterday, as well. So, basically, there are some morons running things there, and they just thing that they know everything, apparently. But they lose sight of the forest for the trees.
