PSA!!
Hey guys! I'm doing a PSA on here, which is slightly dumb because this lj is mostly friends only anyway but such is life!
Anyway, I'm doing Relay for Life in April with HSA and I'm trying to raise $100. If you don't know, Relay for Life is a 24 hour event where I raise money and then basically walk around a track for a whole day! All the funds/donations go to the Cancer Society, so its for an EXCELLENT cause. If you want to paricipate, I highly encourage it...but if not, please please please give me a donation by April 3rd. I will...periodically beg on here for donations. Even if you give me a dollar, I will be estatic!

[Edit] I almost forgot! Relay for Life is being held at Kanley Track and there is a tradition of putting around luminerias around the track. Basically, its a paper bag that you decorate for someone who lost their battle to cancer or who currently has cancer or just a "HORRAY FOR YOU" bags and then stick a candle inside (hence the name luuumineria). They cost $5, you decorate them yourselves, and that money goes straight to the Cancer Society as well. If you want me to hook you up with luminerias, I woud looove to. I'll even help you decorate them!! They're really awesome and look sooo cool on the outside of the track. There's a whole ceremony with lighting them and its really special for those who have lost family or friends to cancer. So yes. Get a lumineria! Donate! Horray!
