(no subject)
ok so today was awesome!! went dancin in my amazing green sparkly dress , then david, andrea and I hit up denny's (like ya do after midnight and dancing), we were there for TWO HOURS!!! since when do you spend 2 hours in a dennys unless you're wasting time? no, we were hungry, we ate, and then we sat there for a good 45 minutes waiting for someone to even look our way, didnt happen...anywho, its quarter past 2 in the AM hours of the day, and i have work later, so one more quick story from the ride home and then i'll be off to dreamland!
so, it being it am hours of the 18th(the hours that directly follow the 17th, and the 17th being st. patricks day ) there was a DUI checkpoint on the way home just off the freeway. So we pull up, and chat with the officer for a minute, only to find out that A) they caught a car full of people with a trunk full of people...but (it gets better) B) the people currently in the back of the squad car had done something even more stupid....
now, at this point, we were both plenty delirious and tired, so the image of a trunk full of drunks and the fact that people had done things to earn a higher stupidity rating from the santa barbara county sherrif currently on duty, was cause for short bursts of giggling for the rest of the ride home
