(no subject)
oh so friday night me, dork, the mother figure, and annnnndy went up to blue ridge...his parents have a house up in the mountains. so we stayed there and then saturday went up to the river and layed out on big rocks....it was really nice. then we got tubes and tubed down the river...dork and i ran into some trees and what not...ya know the usual. haha. it was really fun though....and man were there some true mountain folk up there. daaaaaang. it was really funny bc we looked up and dork was like - oh nice a 15 year-old kid lighting up a cigarette...and at the same time dork and i go "and with his dad." lol. what a beautiful thing. but yeah it was good times....
then we drove back, showered and what not bc there were dinner plans w/ the girlies. :) we got all cute and went to vinnys...really nice place. it was yummy...but ill have to admit we smoked a lot of wheat. lol. yeah there was like fake wheat at the end of our table...a nice arrangement of it. so naturally we took some. haha. but yeah...then went to back to my house for awhile and of course took a bunch of pictures. but yeah good times all around...
yesterday was fathers day. i went to church...the college class was really good bc we talked about tough questions that ppl ask you and how to answer em...solid. then i came home...ate a lil somethin somethin....went to the pool for a bit. chilled. listened to music. then i showered and went to peachtree city to see my daddio. drove the golf cart to dinner bc that really is what you do there. no lie. it was fun bc it was really nice out.....then we ate at a seafood restaurant...yum. and we actually talked. i feel like we're kinda getting somewhere now...its been a long time since ive felt way. like we actually can talk now. i cant really explain it...but yeah. its like more than sports, money, or school talk. that was all it ever was. so yeah. it was good.
and today was my first day at camp! it was wonderful. :) i have 3rd grade girls and i love them. they are so sweet...and they listen to me! its amazing. much easier than little boys. however - i have 5th grade boys in my ropes group and they suck. lol. they do NOT listen and therefore fail at everything. i have probably the most well known/ disliked kid at camp in my group...you know the one whos been there forever to everyone knows him, and he thinks hes so cool and funny. SHOOT ME NOW. wow. hes horrible. so yeah this should be wonderful having them twice a day. not. at all. but the girls make up for it. theyre precious. and my after camp job this week is pool. which just means i play w/ the kiddies in the pool for an hour and get to go home. its fun. jon and i told some kid we were married today and he believed us. haha. oh, children.
so jessie and i just made a date to watch a movie tonight. woohoo!
and im out.
