I am so ready for spring followed by summer... this winter has been too cold and too long
A very very long cold winter with well below average temperatures, temps that stayed at Minus 5 or below for 2 to 3 days and a solid week of only getting into the teens for highs and windchills still below zero.... dang... just too dang cold.
This winter has dragged on and on.... or maybe its just me... not enough sunshine and not getting out much, spending to much time online crusing the web. There hasn't even been very many of my online friends on to talk to even.
I just realized that I only have a couple of really good friends that are right here. Most of my other friends are a plane ride away. And I just don't have the finances or the freedom to just drop everything and go for a nice visit. Oh, well, spring is coming to this part of Michigan, eventually.

As for me, I am going to take a leaf out of my own book and look for some rainbows in all the clouds that are obscuring the sun today.
Just too bad there really isn't a pot of gold at the end of rainbows ... because if there was, I would be buying some plane tickets to go and visit some friends. Later ... have a sunshine filled day....
