Too much alcohol => Hangover => Creativity?
I've surprised myself today! My parents brought my oldie goldie 1980's Casio Keyboard to me, and of course I immediately had to try how bad my skills have gotten over the years. It's about ten years when I last time played, so I knew I had to practice _a lot_ before my playing sounds decent. But then, to my surprise, I have learned to play by the ear!! I can't believe it. Today I learned how to play Popcorn (you know it, I'm sure :D) and "Päivänsäde ja Menninkäinen" without any notes or anything. And the latter one took about 10 minutes to play it the way it should sound! I'm only playing one-handed atm, but I'm not even sure if it's eveb needed to play two-handed with the keyboard. One can use the neat beats, yes she can.
And yeah, I was too wasted again yesterday. It was the goddamn drinking game. I scared the hell out of A-J, he was afraid that I had ruined my brain with drinkin' way too much for good, I seemed so zombie-ish. Well, as anyone can assume, he wass hella angry (or more like pissed off) this morning, but we hanged around and after a while my biting charm won him over and he was his funny and cute self for the rest of the morning. Sadly he had to leave well before afternoon because he's got tires to change for their cars, and I was left alone for a moment before my parents came in for a visit. They were bringing their old bed to Lauha for storage and brought me this electric organ. I just love it. I'll never forget how I played music at Little My's funeral when me and my sister were reaaally small. (Little My had died after falling off the Moomin House's roof so the Moomins organized her a funeral. At the funeral Little My however woke up (she had been in a coma or something xD) and everyone continued whatever they were doing happily) We did have very happy and nice toy-scenarios in our plays, didn't we?
Oh, and then I sang and recorded this one song I have been thinking for some time (I wrote it down last week). And then I wrote some lyrics for an old song xD They turned out pretty funny, for me at least... Ridiculous, I should say :D But that's what I was after. Music shouldn't be too serious. I'm not going to do it for living, so it's only for fun.
