Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless Mind, by Michel Gondry. He also did The Science of Sleep, which I've been highly recommended to watch. And that movie is so, so beautiful. Best cinematography, and the non-linear storyline is used to well. Runner-up? Marc Webb. (500) Days of Summer, MCR's I'm Not Okay video, and MCR's Helena video. Enough said. ;)
