Bread could have gone better.
I am having a great time going through old Chatelaine magazines I got from Grandma's house. They are all from the 1950's and are super awesome. I love the advertizements. Oh and of course the clothes. I will post some pics when I have a moment.
I am also currently obsessed with George Formby. He is my banjo uke guy!
I am trying to learn how to play this one. It is so cute!!
His movies are also just hilarious. Sweet and a little rude at the same time. I wish I could buy proper DVDs here, but they are only available in PAL. :(

The girls also wear the nicest things in these movies.
Also I have a question for anyone who actually still reads this. Would you move to a new apartment which is way nicer than the one you have if it meant having to double your commute to work? It would mean it would take 30 minutes for me to walk to work rather than the 15 it takes now. It does rain a lot here... I really want to get out of this basement though. The mold creeps me out. It would also be nice to get some proper sunshine when it is actually sunny here. Thoughts?
