New Age.

Okay, it's been a long time since I last posted. Three days is a lot to ME, maybe not to you. Anyway, back to school on Thursday was, well, a wacky day. Thursday was club/group pictures along with the senior superlatives and class pics too. Krystle called me Wednesday afternoon and we tried to think of a good idea for our superlative pic. Krystle got this crazy idea for us to dress up in togas . . . so hell, I said sure. Krystle picked me up the next morning and went back to her house to get me setup in my toga; she was already wearing hers.

It wasn't a bad idea. Plus, we put on some war paint and wore these cheap spartan helmets. The senior pic was a disorganized mess . . . I somehow ended up in the zero . . . next to not one of my favorite people. The photog finished his job and we all left. There was a semi-formal meeting, and I stayed, also because I told Mrs. A, I'd stay and help pull together the senior shirt orders. I got a nice looking spreadsheet done, and I entered every bit of information in. Hopefully it'll work out. I think we'll get the stuff before thanksgiving. Working with Mrs. A lasted until 6. Mom called around 5 saying Kim called from work asking if I could come in. Andrea skipped out, and Men's needed a relief worker. I said sure, but only till 10. I got there at 630 and it was a madhouse. I kept trying to clean up my department, but I always got called to handle registers. I'm thankful I didn't close.

Friday was nice . . . okay, scratch out the ugly essay for english i did, then the AP Stat test, which was fairly easy, but too long . . . soccer vs. Stafford after. Good game . . . although that last second goal by Stafford was a shocker. Anyway, the good part was Granby had lost badly to Suffield, giving us a tying run at the NCCC championship.

Friday night I came home and hit the sack . . . at 11 I got up and ransacked the house for my ACT admission ticket . . . the one I needed to get in with . . . I found it . . . in the last issue of Dramatics I got. I stayed up after that until like 3 . . . then woke up Saturday morning around 630 . . . left around 7 and got to MRHS way too early. I wasn't the only Somers person there, Ashley D and Melissa showed up later . . . Ashley sat next to me. We agreed the test was too long to fit into the time constraints they put on us. We also opted out of the essay portion.

Went to the Dunkin Donuts in Hampden . . . geez, they were slow . . . my mom ran into Subway next door to see if they have the veggie patty . . . the worker there said they did . . . she went in back and brought out these patties that didn't look like what the Subway in Somers serves. Turns out to be chicken . . . my mom promptly goes back in and asks for a refund.

Around 3, I was heading to Shelton for a 50th wedding anniversary . . . I'm not really related to the couple . . . but I knew many people at the party . . . it was at the old Russian Club that I went to several other times . . . they got good food and drink there. Every five seconds some kook would be searching for other legal aged people for a shot of vodka. I stuck with a bottle of raspberry gingerale. I'd rather had stayed home and gone to Karin's party, which I'm hearing was much fun . . . but flaking options were not available and I had to go.

I'm the greeter for church this morning and I've got work from 530-930 . . . you're welcome to visit me!!!

Time for bed.
