Good news
Through a very, very drawn out discussion, I succeeded in pointing out that the "the only partners travel together rule" should not be apparent in this situation and will not effect the trip in any which way.
so it looks like my nan and i are going on a holiday some time in the next month
now to call my nan and tell her :D
i'm thinking we might go somewhere like Coffs Harbour for a week where we can relax and do lots of nanna things like go to the gardens and sit by the water reading something crappy like womens weekly, plus we can stop by my parents property in Tamworth on the way through, she hasn't seen it yet
