Don't you know, 'drew? We're playing out the greatest of the great controversies. God vs. Satan, His once most beloved angel. Good vs. Evil. Most Christians get so hung up over their personal interpretation of the Bible that they lose sight of the Devil. He's an insidious little shit who delights in leading "believers" to do things that no true Christian would do. There's a very fine line between truth and half-truths - and it seems humans believe lies 99% of the time.

Suffering, suffering, suffering. We continually beat our flawed minds and frail bodies against the rocks. The truth makes too much sense.

Don't wear yourself out trying to understand mankind's distorted beliefs of what God is or what God says or what God will do. That's what Satan wants - for humans to continually question God. Question until we're unable to believe anything. Question until we're not sure there's even anything worth believing.

"The universe is wider than our views of it." - Henry David Thoreau

I think you're closer to heaven than you've ever been before in your life.

Love, Old Dem
