i racked up this year.
a scarf, a used country cd, another pen set, and the annual christmas card with money from my grandfather.
i know it sounds childlike...but
i only really wanted the scarf...
it is the thought that counts? though i'm not sure if there was even thinking involved in 3/4 of that.
also my grandmother forgot who i was today.
that is to say, she forgot that her son had a daughter.
i guess alzheimer's will get to you like that.
