THIS grumpy old man is Cyrus Draco, Ambassador to the City-State of Dell's Wind. He is disliked very much by Blackburn and Zaphir, but they cannot do much because he has diplomatic immunity! He is also a man to watch out for!!
THIS is Zaphir the Blue, Dragon King of Lavelle! He doesn't look like a dragon, but that's because ladies don't want to get up on a 30' tall dragon. This is a man to watch out for because he will have sex with your wife and raise your taxes!!
