In an effort to keep posts somewhat succinct, I'm going to go with a list approach.
Good things:
- I love work! With these new huge facilities and considerably higher tech phone lines, my job is substantially easier than when I worked there two summers ago, but with 5 doctors instead of two, the work still keeps me busy. Plus, since the staff is about 4 times larger than last time, lunch is far less lonely.
- Felix is still working swimmingly. He's a puppy dog, and he still has fantastic hair. However, Dad was helping me in the wash rack, and I feel a bit like Jessie (who we called the barn nazi) because I got irritated when he wouldn't do something the way I wanted him to. This also makes me realize that I have indeed matured, because I used to be quite content with changing whatever I was doing, but now I will actually assert myself.
- Riding a horse at MY house, which has never happened in 19 years.
- Kate's bonfire this Saturday was really fun and I had a great time seeing everybody!
- The beginning of our Drum Major hijinks for the summer.
- Movie night with Brett and Mom. We know how to have a good time. =)
- Getting 4 new CDs in which I have fallen in love: Vega4, Michael Buble (his two latest ones), and Maroon 5!
