The past three weeks have been some of the most oppressively busy, socially tense and generally intensely anxious weeks of this year, if not my life.

I also feel like I have lost several of the most beautiful weeks of the year to this anxiety.

The Albatross chicks of Midway Atoll. A photoset of Albatross chicks that have died because of their diet that is largely human trash. It's disgusting, horrifying, incredibly depressing and angering but there is this element of morbid beauty to them. It's really moving. PS, please recycle, yeah?
