30 hours left
I missed the zombie apocalypse yesterday. I must not have been at the mall or something.
So I'm finally getting a chance to update this thing. There's 30 hours left until the end of my last working day while I am single. That's a little weird. Finding fun ways to make it a milestone, though. People at work kept asking me when I was leaving or thinking I had already left. So I started a "business days" countdown last week. On Tuesday, I switched it to total hours left. It hasn't gotten people to get information to me any faster, but it certainly lets them know when I'm not going to be around to handle it!
I head to Ohio on Saturday. It should be totally awesome. If it's not, I'll have to do something to make it more awesome. Rachel and I went to Powell's last weekend and blew all our gift cards on their sale books. Picked up a bunch of good stuff (and the Five Fists of Science in preparation for Brian's upcoming game). I snagged some random DS RPG as well from GameFly - we'll see how that is eventually.
I'm running out of things to do, both in prep for the wedding and tasks at work. I don't want to start anything huge, so I've been trying to slice off chunks from other people's projects to help them along. That's a bit different.
In any case, here's a mini-update while I'm still single for tax purposes. ;)
